Hailing from Honduras, in the city of San Pedro Sula (the "murder capital of the world"), this one-man band put out some of the darkest, strangest music I've ever heard. First released in 2015, this is one of Betheos' more experimental albums. Obscure, dreamy ambience fuses with ominous buzzing guitars and whispers from the shadows. Wholly "unblack", yet one would be insane to imply this isn't made with the very truest black metal spirit.

In terms of Christian bands, fans of Flaskavsae, Heztael, Ancient Pilgrim, Lidian Forest, or Exalted Saviour would probably enjoy this.

In terms of secular bands, fans of Vinterriket, Astral Luminous, Depressive Silence, Mistigo Varggoth Darkestra, or Alrakis would probably enjoy this.
