++ About this release ++
Formerly secular, now Christian. This is the very first Christian album by this project (2008) and it's at a sort of strange transitional point. Two covers of secular bands, mix with liturgical worship. A note on the 2008 version giving "a big FUCK OFF" to "idiot fake misanthropes", while the other side shows crosses and the phrase, "In God we trust forever" ... So basically it's the PERFECT thing for this label and its mission!

Musically it's atmospheric gothic/black. There are aggressive moments, but these are somewhat scarce. A reviewer once mentioned folk influences and those are definitely here too. It's from 2008 but sounds like something straight from the mid 90s! The overall sound is fairly raw, underground, atmospheric, melancholic, and very "autumnal". This style overall is for a very niche group of people, but for those people, you finally have something new to add to your collection! Remastered in 2021.

In terms of secular bands, fans of Aeon Noctis, Proclivity Gloom, Exile (BGR), Black Palace Symphony, and similar underground stuff will likely enjoy this.

In terms of Christian bands, fans of From Ashes, Phanerosis, Order of Splendour, and Santuario (pre-Darkaliel) will likely enjoy this.
